Developer

Developer - Hybrid role (2 days a week on site) - Manchester

We are seeking a Developer with a strong experience using Python. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-stack development, with exposure to technologies and Azure.

As a Developer, you will be a key part of our development team, working in a collaborative environment where you will have exposure to a variety of technologies, including Python, cloud platforms (especially Azure), and some elements of data engineering and AI. You'll work with a blend of Front End and Back End technologies, and be an integral part of projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate should have experience transitioning to a DevOps culture and implementing continuous integration and delivery practices. They should possess a proven ability to drive automation for improved velocity, quality and scalability.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience with integration pipelines and data roles, though not as a full data engineer, and be familiar with working in Azure, handling both Front End and Back End tasks.
An understanding of the full life cycle of project development and release processes is essential, as is the ability to work in a smaller company environment without dedicated DevOps/DBA teams. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Python and demonstrated skill in working with cloud technologies and the latest advancements in Azure.
