DiCE - Data Governance Expert - Transition from DAMA to Decam

The client, an innovative company in the energy sector, is seeking to strengthen its data governance team to support the transition from the DAMA model to the Decam model, which is considered more actionable and better suited to their needs.
Mission: You will be responsible for implementing and managing the data governance processes and policies as part of the Decam framework and target operating model (TOM). You will ensure a rigorous, organized, and transparent governance of data across projects while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement data management capabilities in alignment with Decam, ensuring proper application of TOM.
• Define and establish clear processes for identifying data, as well as managing Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Propose innovative solutions to improve data governance and ensure the integration of a comprehensive data glossary.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies to guide projects while engaging stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and evaluate practices through an assessment process based on a purview Microsoft revised to include a data glossary.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in data governance, with hands-on experience with the Decam model.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards applied to data management.
• Skills in data process management, particularly in identifying and managing Data Owners and Data Stewards.
• Ability to propose innovative and results-oriented solutions.
• Rigor, organization, and transparency in managing projects.
• Experience in implementing data governance processes in complex environments.
• Native level in French
