Position SummaryWe are seeking a Digital Change Manager to join our team at NPTC Confectionery. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping our digital strategy and executing and managing key digital initiatives within the Confectionery NPTC.
A day in the life of a Digital Change Manager:As Digital Change Manager your role will involve shaping and executing a digital strategy for NPTC Confectionery, managing our key digital projects and helping to digitally upskill NPTC Confectionery.
- Build and lead digital strategy for NPTC Confectionery, being the Digital point of contact for NPTC Confectionery.
- Execute strategic projects and R&D digital initiatives in close collaboration with the NPTC Confectionery team, cross-category R&D teams as well as the Strategic Business Unit and markets (where relevant).
- Champion and promote the learning of new digital tools and methodologies across NPTC Confectionery, including leading digital champions.
- Develop a digital roadmap with key functions such as Science and Technology, Sensory, Product Development, Front-End Innovation in line with Global Business Strategy priorities.
- Translate trends and opportunities into digital use cases, shaping the overall digital strategy for NPTC Confectionery.
- Assess and integrate digital tools, including predictive modelling, to analyse data from diverse sources such as market trends, consumer preferences, and internal R&D experiments, optimizing R&D processes.
- Implement strategies through exceptional project execution.
- Build a resource plan and manage the budget for digital initiatives.
- Drive cultural change in R&D by networking with allies across different areas and locations, identifying opportunities to work digitally every day.
- Collaborate across NPTCs, functions, and related R&D networks, managing strategic events and internal trainings to upskill NPTC Confectionery and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Proven experience in digital strategy development and execution, preferably within the food and beverage industry/ Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
- Experience in agile project management and change management, ideally in consumer-packaged goods in R&D or Markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience machine learning algorithms for predictive modelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment, with strong communication skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with business acumen.
- Computer-literate (MS-Office and dedicated technical software), awareness of data science with a strong drive for improvements through digital tools.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Data Science or other relevant fields is desirable.
