Digital Content Manager - Paris - 12+ Months

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Digital Content Manager for an exciting project with a Global Cosmetics client of ours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with local markets and global brand teams to develop and implement effective digital content strategies tailored to the beauty and luxury industry.
• Manage and optimize E-commerce assets to ensure they are aligned with brand guidelines and market needs.
• Lead and mentor a team of content creators, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
• Develop and present proposals for new content initiatives and campaigns.
• Identify and solve problems related to content creation and distribution, ensuring seamless operations.
• Track the release of content assets, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across platforms.
• Monitor and manage a large volume of content assets, maintaining organisation and efficiency.
• Regularly report on content performance and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital content management within the beauty or luxury industry, with a strong understanding of local and global market dynamics.
• Expertise in managing E-commerce assets and optimising them for performance.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Strong operational capabilities, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop actionable solutions.
• Experience in tracking and managing the timely release of content assets.
• Ability to interact with and present to senior leadership confidently and effectively.
