We are looking for a driven individual who thrives on identifying and unlocking new business opportunities. - Open new accounts: Take ownership of new client acquisition, converting prospects into long-term partners.
- Engage with key decision-makers: Build relationships with C-level stakeholders, fostering trust and positioning NTT DATA as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with sales, strategy, design and engineering teams to align on account strategies and deliverables.
- Monitor and report performance: Track lead conversion rates, pipeline performance, and sales KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Market intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for growth.
- Lead initial client discussions: Run exploratory meetings and set the stage for deeper engagement by identifying client needs early in the sales cycle.
You will report to the Head of new business Development, and work very closely with the Head of Tangity UK and our Group Creative Director.
What experience you'll bring:- Experience: In an agency, consultancy or (B2B) industry environment where (digital) design, engineering and/or innovation played a key role.
- Proven track record: In business development or sales roles.
- Business acumen: Proven ability to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies for new accounts, and deliver measurable results.
- Results-oriented mindset: With a focus on meeting (and exceeding) sales targets.
- Communication skills: Strong ability to convey ideas, strategies, and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong affinity with design and technology: A proficient understanding of design, emerging technologies and innovation trends.
- Collaboration: Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams to drive solutions that address business challenges.
- Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high-quality mindset.
