We are a well-established retail business with a strong track record in premium garden rooms and hot tubs, now embracing modern digital commerce and omni-channel retailing. With 19 retail locations and a growing online presence, we're investing heavily in technology, data-driven marketing, and consumer engagement to take the business to the next level. To spearhead this transformation, we're looking for a dynamic and commercially savvy Digital Marketing & Omni-Channel Project Manager. You'll be leading a team of 7-8 marketing professionals, driving both digital and traditional marketing strategies, and managing the roll-out of new consumer-focused sales channels. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an ambitious, high-energy professional who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving business environment. The role will be based at our Head Office nr. What You'll Be Doing

Omni-Channel Strategy & Digital Growth

  • Take the lead in developing and executing an omni-channel retail strategy, integrating in-store, online, and digital consumer touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation, optimisation, and management of multiple websites, ensuring they are engaging, user-friendly, and conversion-driven.
  • Identify and implement new digital commerce solutions, enhancing how customers discover, interact with, and purchase our products.
  • Monitor the latest advancements in digital marketing and retail technology, keeping the business ahead of trends.

Marketing Leadership & Execution

  • Own and refine our SEO, PPC, email, content, and social media strategies to increase engagement and sales.
  • Oversee paid digital campaigns, ensuring they are data-driven, cost-efficient, and delivering strong ROI.
  • Manage traditional marketing efforts, including print, PR, and high-impact brand activations at exhibitions and events.
  • Ensure cohesion between digital and offline marketing, creating a unified customer journey across all touchpoints.

Project Management & Implementation

  • Act as the key driver of digital transformation projects, working across teams to bring new initiatives to life.
  • Lead the rollout of new retail technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and maximum commercial impact.
  • Work closely with developers, external agencies, and internal teams to launch and scale new marketing and sales platforms.

Data-Driven Optimisation & Consumer Insights

  • Continuously analyse marketing performance, using data to refine campaigns, improve customer engagement, and boost conversions.
  • Use A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and CRM insights to fine-tune marketing efforts.
  • Identify and introduce AI-driven marketing tools and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and targeting.

Team Leadership & Business Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing marketing team, ensuring they are aligned, motivated, and performing at a high level.
  • Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, IT, and senior leadership, ensuring marketing initiatives support wider business goals.
  • Work closely with executives and business principals, contributing strategic insights and shaping the company's growth trajectory.

  • A natural leader-confident managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving change.
  • Highly organised, ambitious, and driven, with a passion for building something new.
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of modern digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Office-based role-must be present daily (no remote working).
