Job Description

The Digital Merchandising Specialist will play a critical role in executing the regional digital merchandising strategy for the EMEIA Store Online and Store App.

The right candidate must demonstrate the ability to deliver a high level of attention to detail, efficiency and organisation in a fast-paced environment. They must have previous experience in either digital merchandising or a digital marketing role.

This role is highly collaborative within the local teams and with our US-based partners.

Description:

The Digital Merchandising Specialist will be a part of the Global Digital Merchandising team, who are ultimately responsible for developing & executing holistic merchandising strategies for the Online Store and Store App, in partnership with key stakeholders and program leads.

This role will be responsible for:

  1. Delivery of key WW and locally originated campaigns and promotions, including creation of marketing and merchandising briefs, managing production team relationships and deliverables, validation of content, and performance analysis.
  2. Provide merchandising support for key Emerging and European markets for Retail, including Turkey, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, as well as France, Spain, and Italy. This will include content localisation, delivering market-specific commercial and brand activity, and messaging & content optimisation for market requirements.
  3. Responsible for local digital strategy and merchandising execution of the Accessories category.
  4. Maintain regular merchandising performance reporting & analysis across campaign promotions and owned key markets to identify commercial and experiential opportunities and challenges, suggesting options to address and/or resolve.
  5. Maintain close partnerships with key cross-functional teams including marketing, product marketing, content management/production, and commercial programs to deliver above area of responsibility.
