Job Description

Commercial/Office Division

An exciting position has become available in a Bicester based company to work as a Digital Project Lead on a 9-to-12-month contract. The company is looking for an individual to join their team and help implement a futureproof digital experience within their growing company.

You will play a key part in communication with stakeholders and ensure the project's success, enhancing the way clients engage and discover the company. Working hours will consist of 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.

Duties of the Digital Project Lead:

  1. Schedule meetings in line with deadlines and project phases.
  2. Manage distribution of resources, ensuring correct personnel and resources are in place.
  3. Keep records of plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  4. Work with copywriters and content curators to support the delivery of content into the new digital experience.
  5. Conduct thorough research, gathering content from designated webpages and sources relevant to the project.
  6. Organise and categorise information collected to streamline the creative process.
  7. Address and understand project-specific content requirements by working closely with stakeholders.
  8. Lead a review on the existing resource centre, including a full audit of existing materials and categorisation of the new system.
  9. Source and compile complimentary images for written content.
  10. Ensure visual elements align seamlessly with the brand identity.
  11. Collaborate with designers to integrate imagery.
  12. Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  13. Act as a liaison between creative teams and clients.
  14. Support change management efforts for a smooth transition.

Personal Attributes:
  1. Proven project coordination experience.
  2. Understanding of CMS platforms including Wordpress, Drupal, and Umbraco.
  3. Strong networking skills.
  4. Excellent IT skills and the ability to use Microsoft Office packages to include SharePoint and OneDrive.
  5. Organised and efficient and able to forward plan.
  6. Work well to reach deadlines and client requirements.
  7. Communication skills both written and verbal.
  8. Work well within a team.
