Digital Transformation Consultant

Role summary: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven individual to manage business transformation projects for clients and drive operational excellence for a growing Nuclear Engineering consultancy. This role requires strong project management skills, expertise in business transformation, and a proven ability to deliver successful outcomes for clients in highly regulated industries.

What you will be doing:

• Lead and manage complex business transformation projects for clients, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Provide strategic consultancy to clients, advising on best practices to enhance business growth, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with the executive team to refine and implement the company's growth strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to drive business development opportunities.

Formal qualifications or training:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, business transformation, and operations management.
• Proven success in delivering complex business transformation projects, ideally within the engineering, nuclear, or professional advisory sectors.
