Job Title: Front-End Developer (Drupal)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Elaborate or adapt detailed technical designs and programming code.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and required quality and performance levels.
• Perform unit testing and assist during implementation.

Function Description

• Technical Design: Create detailed technical designs.

Development:

• Develop or maintain code in languages like PHP and JavaScript.
• Work with tools like Drupal (a web content management system) and other packages.
• Unit Testing: Conduct unit tests on developed code.
• Workload Estimation: Estimate development workload or validate estimates provided by project or asset managers.
• Production Preparation: Contribute to the preparation for production installation, including integration and assembly testing.
• Test Support: Assist in test management and bug fixing.
• Quality Review: Review detailed designs and code from external suppliers.
• Documentation: Document development activities, including design, code, unit testing, and code reviews.

Language Requirements

Dutch: Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language.

French: Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language.

English: Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language.

Telework Expectation

50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience/Knowledge

Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of PHP and Drupal CMS.
• Knowledge of API integration and Figma.
• DevOps mindset and experience with tools like Docker.
• Experience with versioning tools like Git and Bitbucket.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience as a Technical Lead or Team Coordinator.
• Knowledge of Cloud technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
