DSO (Special Markets) Product & Sales Specialist
As Product & Sales Expert for special markets you are the first point of contact for local sales organizations in supporting with pricing, sales tactics and with product knowledge, to be successful in this segment. This is a hybride role designed to bridge product management and commercial tactics for special markets. You are responsible for developing and managing specialized product offerings and sales strategies targeting special markets. Special markets are dental clinic and laboratory chains (DSO's), tender business and governmental business. In this role you will be reporting directly to the Sales Operations Manager, work closely with VP Sales EMEA and be responsible for the development of the GC Dental business within special market segment in EMEA.
What is your mission?
- Developing and executing sales strategies and tactics in special markets according to company's targets.
- Creating and maintaining adequate marketing communication tools which can be used by local sales branches (incl. sponsoring seminars and continuing education programs, providing studies and product information to customers).
- Working together with product management, e.g.: building attractive product offerings for special markets based on existing product lines and propose universal workflows to promote efficiency and added value for DSO's.
- Preparing full offering concept including products, services and education for special markets.
- Overseeing pan-European DSO organizations achievements of monthly, quarterly and annual targets and providing guidance for the local sales organizations.

- Coordinate and work closely together with the DSO's managers in the markets.
- Collecting and analyzing sell out data from special markets for management.
- Performing other related duties and projects according to business needs.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's or master's degree in dental or Marketing / Product Management or equal by experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in the dental industry (product management or sales function) or having a dental education
- Experience in project management and solid analytical skills
- Dynamic, straight-forward and performance-driven professional with strong sense of responsibility and execution abilities, can-do attitude, strong communication & presentation skills
- Ability to segment markets and customers with proven achievements in developing sales and marketing strategies.
- Self-starter with ability to develop things, using previous product management experience
- Passion for dentistry
- Affinity with marketing communication tools and activities
- Excellent command of English (speaking and writing) is a must, other languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel about 10% of the working time.
