2 Year Fixed Term Contract Opportunity

Salary up to £80,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Hybrid working (4 days onsite per month in London)

I am currently searching for an experienced Solution Architect on a fixed term basis to take ownership of the solution architecture across the membership organisation. This role will work with the Head of Information Management on aligning the technology and business roadmap.

The Solution Architect will have responsibility of the CRM and CMS platforms, as well as peripheral applications, and the integration layer. The Solution Architect will ensure that the systems operate and are developed in synergy with the clients' objectives.

Measure of Success:

• Support the technical design authority (TDA) by delivering architectural solutions for internally developed initiatives and supporting on proposed technical solutions from 3rd parties.
• Utilise the existing cloud technology IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions to their fullest extent and as the need arises, support new technology platforms designs and implementations.
• Support the management and reduction of technical debt across the IT estate.
• Support innovation initiatives and ideate on the application of new technology.
• Effective cost management as the result of architectural improvements and efficiencies.
• Operational risk mitigation though effective technical proposals and solution implementations.
• Adherence to industry architectural standards and best practices.

Essential Experience:

• Proven ability to manage the strategic development of IT systems which support critical business services and objectives.
• Proven ability to engage with business owners and project sponsors to prioritise changes to operating systems and to deliver such changes through a programme of regular releases.
• Effective management of gateways for the business acceptance of changes and associated user acceptance testing develop and implement risk-based and proportionate strategies to advance public interest regulatory objectives.
• Evidence of leading and managing change.
• Experience of user interactions and experience designs for CRM and CMS software.
• Ability to translate multiple information sources and requirements into actionable solutions.
• Experience of information architecture design and development.

Product and domain expertise of:

The Microsoft Suite of business systems and cloud infrastructure.

• Dynamics 365 (CRM)
• Dynamics 365 (Business Central)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Azure (Data & Integration)

Middleware, Integration layer, and API services.
