C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant and Line Manager for a pioneering national research institute at the forefront of data science and AI. This exciting opportunity offers hybrid working, a highly collaborative team, with excellent flexibility and benefits.
Position:
Executive Assistant and Line Manager to 4 - providing executive support to 2 senior leadership members while leading a team of EAs and PAs in a fast-paced, impactful environment.
Salary:
£53,000 per annum
Hybrid set up:
3 days in the office, 2 days from home (flexible working arrangements available)

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant and Team Leader position:
- Provide high-level executive support to 2 including complex diary management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Act as a liaison for senior stakeholders and manage confidential correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Lead and manage a team of EAs and PAs, overseeing performance, development, training, and workload distribution
- Coordinate travel arrangements, briefings, and logistical support for national and international engagements
- Maintain operational excellence, including the handling of expenses, purchase orders, and governance support
- Drive efficiency in processes and contribute to high-value strategic projects
- Significant experience providing executive-level support, ideally within complex or high-profile organisations
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing support teams
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple demands
- Strong communication skills, able to adapt to a range of stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint and Zoom, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- A genuine interest in or exposure to data science, policy, or research environments is a plus
