An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (3+ years qualified) to join a thriving, independent small animal practice in Edinburgh. With a flexible approach and a supportive team, this is the perfect role for someone passionate about consulting and client care.
About the Practice:
This modern, well-equipped clinic offers a bright and spacious working environment, featuring:
- Separate cat and dog waiting areas and wards
- On-site CT, laparoscopy, X-ray, and dental X-ray
- Extended consult times to allow in-depth case investigations
- A collaborative, supportive, and fun-loving team culture

The Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a consulting role. The position is flexible and tailored to your strengths and interests:
- Prefer minimal surgery? Focus on diagnostics and imaging!
- Want to develop a new service or specialism? Let's make it happen!
- Work-life balance matters-ideally 30-40 hours per week
- No OOH - opening hours: Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00, Sat 08:30-12:30
- Ideally, 3-4 days per week plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
