Registry Information Point Administrator

University Secretary's Group

Registry and Academic Administration

Hours of Work: 35 hours and 45 minutes per week (1.0 FTE)

Contract Basis: Open Ended

Grade 3: £23,414 - £24,344 (with possible progression to £25,733)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our University Secretary's Group.

With your excellent communication and organisational skills, you will provide a professional information service to current and prospective students, staff, and enquirers. You will provide accurate and relevant advice on a range of subjects including admissions, matriculation, examinations, student documentation, certification and graduation.

Ideally, you will be educated to HNC level or equivalent, and possess excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills. Experience of working in the HE sector would be an advantage, although not essential.
