Education Recruitment Team Lead

Teach 360 is an established and reputable teaching agency that specialises in the long-term and permanent provision of teaching, support, administrative and leadership personnel to primary, secondary, and special schools as well as alternative provisions, PRU's and specialist units.

We are looking for an experienced education recruitment consultant that strives for success and is driven both financially and for personal development. We have a team here with decades of combined experience that can really help you grow as a consultant and be successful in the industry. You should ideally have a passion for education, but also be someone that understands that in a sales environment you only get out as much as you put in.

What the role will involve:

• Generating new candidates to be placed within schools
• Writing and posting fresh adverts to generate new candidates
• Monitoring, managing, and registering candidate applications
• Supporting our candidates through the recruitment process and developing relationships
• Developing client relations
• Expanding business where possible
• Placing candidates on long term and permanent assignments
• Establishing and maintaining long term positive working relationships with candidates and clients
• Generating new candidates weekly through adverts, social media platforms, referrals and search engines

The ideal candidate will:

• Be able to work in a fast paced environment, working to deadlines
• Have an education recruitment background
• Be self motivated and money driven
• Be comfortable working in line with KPI's, weekly targets and deadlines
• Be resilient & have a go getter attitude
• Have excellent initiative & problem solving skills
