Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer needed in Cardiff, £22ph PAYE - Reference: RQ

• Provide high-quality, professional building services and ensure an effective, efficient and responsive interface between the Group and its customers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Assist with team duties, particularly in electrical, fire, and security services, executing and delivering the statutory and preventative maintenance programme to maintain compliance in all areas.
• Assist in gathering, upkeep, and population of asset management and database information to help the Corporate Team manage property assets and prepare Asset Management Plans and condition reports.
• Participate in the Net Zero Carbon initiative.
• Coordinate electrical, fire, and security building services in relation to projects.
• Participate in ensuring compliance with electrical, fire safety, and security regulations.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis.
