Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + package

1. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, safety, and budgets are met.
2. Collaborate with clients to meet or exceed KPIs within budget constraints.
3. Conduct site visits and attend project progress meetings.
4. Prepare project estimates, quotations, and contract documentation.
5. Oversee site safety, health, and environmental issues.
6. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
7. Procure plant, materials, and specialist subcontractors.
8. Lead testing, commissioning, and client training.
9. Compile final project documentation, including "As-built" drawings and test sheets.
10. Manage financial aspects, including profit/loss, price variations, and final accounts.

1. Proven experience in project delivery and collaboration with procurement and stakeholders.
2. Familiarity with packaging works and liaising with subcontractors.
3. Basic design knowledge to effectively communicate with design partners.
4. A background in water sector projects is a significant advantage.
