Looking for an Electronic Testing and Assembly Technician to join a small team within a global telecommunications company that specializes in subsea telecommunication equipment and fibre optic technology.

Summary of main duties of an Electronic Testing and Assembly Technician:

1. Support Manufacturing activities for new / existing products
2. Disassemble/assemble test Equipment components (fibres, cables etc )
3. Use of electronic measurement devices when necessary (DMM/Oscilloscope etc)
4. Highlight any specification or design error to either the engineer responsible or relevant supervisor and rectify if possible
5. Ability to read and interpret technical data, i.e engineering drawings, circuit diagrams, assembly drawings etc.

The role for an Electronic Testing and Assembly Technician will be 50/50 testing and assembling. A testing and manufacturing background is required.
