Insight into your tasks:

• Evaluation of new hardware and processes in the hospital environment
• Active participation in the further development of clinic-wide hardware support
• Coordination of introductions, relocations and rollouts
• Commissioning and support of IT hardware such as PCs, printers, multifunctional devices and peripherals
• Support with configuration and setup
• Fault diagnosis and repair of small and large devices and IT clients
• Advice and instruction for internal customers

Your profile:

• You have completed training as an electronics technician for information and systems technology or specializing in information and telecommunications technology, information electronics technician, IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or have corresponding qualifications from your previous professional experience
• Good knowledge of common IT hardware
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications
• Open-minded for customer contacts
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• You have the ability to work independently, in a service-oriented, goal-oriented and team-oriented manner
