The Role:

  • Advising on a full range of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious work.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunals and providing strategic advice on disputes.
  • Working closely with a diverse client base, including corporate clients, SMEs, and individuals.
  • Drafting contracts, policies, and employment-related documentation.
  • Keeping up to date with developments in employment law and contributing to the firm's expertise in the sector.

The Person:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with ideally 2-4 years PQE in employment law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for employment law and a desire to develop expertise in a high-quality legal environment.
