We are now seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Equity and Employment tax team, where you'll dive into exciting projects from day one. Forget just crunching numbers-we go beyond traditional tax work, helping businesses make smarter, more strategic decisions.

• Work closely with clients to solve real business challenges.
• Deliver top-tier employment tax projects with technical excellence.
• Balance compliance work with strategic advisory projects.
• Help drive business growth by managing client relationships.
• Ensure we meet the highest quality and risk management standards.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

• Experience in equity and/or employment tax (or a passion for learning!).

• Risk-awareness and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and a client-first approach.

• Background in professional services (a plus, but not essential!).
