Are you an experienced freelance INTERIM Maintenance Manager with a strong hands-on background in the Food & Beverage or Pharmaceutical industry? Do you thrive in operational technical roles while leading teams and optimizing maintenance processes? If so, this interim opportunity could be the perfect fit!

Your Responsibilities:

Leading a small maintenance team of technicians

Implementing and executing a preventive maintenance program

Performing technical work (65%) - hands-on experience is a must!

PLC Programming experience is desired

Coaching and developing technicians to enhance performance

Supporting technical projects, e.g., installation of a new packaging line

Optimizing the shift system

Ensuring a smooth transition and training for the new permanent Maintenance Manager in the last 2 months

Your Profile:

Freelancer/External Consultant with proven experience in industrial maintenance

Must-have: Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage or Pharma industries

Strong background in maintenance planning & preventive maintenance

Leadership experience in small teams, including coaching & change management

Flexibility to adapt to a changing shift model

Fluent in French & English (mandatory)
