Job Description
A brand-new opportunity for an Engineering Data Analyst to work for a long-running and innovative company in North Lincolnshire. This is a contract role for 2.5 years.
THE ROLE:
To establish and supervise data interrogation dashboards using Microsoft 365 applications and Power BI / DAX programming.
Help to establish and manage business process flows.
Creating and running reports.
This position is on-site.
System Responsibilities:
- Log investigations and accelerate completion.
- Maintenance Programs and Projects.
- Mechanical Engineering Worklist.
- Piping Isometric drawing management.
- Vendor Document Control.
- Line Search database.
- Management of Change process.
- Small Bore Connection Program.
- Inspection work request processing for engineering tasks.
- Create and maintain the register for emergent work control and issue relevant work packs during unit shutdowns and turnarounds.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
- Production and maintenance of sign off control charts for unit shutdowns and turnarounds.
- Collating copies of P&IDs.
- Cross checking and maintaining the plans for technical items identified as a "Layer of Protection".
- Create documentation and aid the mid and post turnaround scope review sessions (PFD reviews).
- Expediting the requisitioning of materials/services for central engineering.
- Various duties to process and update Microsoft 365 documents.
THE CANDIDATE:
Systems Knowledge:
- Power BI and DAX programming.
- Database knowledge/understanding.
- Proficient in all Microsoft 365 applications.
- Knowledge of SAP desirable.
