Engineering Data Analyst

A brand-new opportunity for an Engineering Data Analyst to work for a long-running and innovative company in North Lincolnshire. This is a contract role for 2.5 years.

THE ROLE:
To establish and supervise data interrogation dashboards using Microsoft 365 applications and Power BI / DAX programming.
Help to establish and manage business process flows.
Creating and running reports.

This position is on-site.

System Responsibilities:

1. Log investigations and accelerate completion.
2. Maintenance Programs and Projects.
3. Mechanical Engineering Worklist.
4. Piping Isometric drawing management.
5. Vendor Document Control.
6. Line Search database.
7. Management of Change process.
8. Small Bore Connection Program.
9. Inspection work request processing for engineering tasks.
10. Create and maintain the register for emergent work control and issue relevant work packs during unit shutdowns and turnarounds.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

1. Production and maintenance of sign off control charts for unit shutdowns and turnarounds.
2. Collating copies of P&IDs.
3. Cross checking and maintaining the plans for technical items identified as a "Layer of Protection".
4. Create documentation and aid the mid and post turnaround scope review sessions (PFD reviews).
5. Expediting the requisitioning of materials/services for central engineering.
6. Various duties to process and update Microsoft 365 documents.

THE CANDIDATE:
Systems Knowledge:

1. Power BI and DAX programming.
2. Database knowledge/understanding.
3. Proficient in all Microsoft 365 applications.
4. Knowledge of SAP desirable.
