We are working with a rapidly growing tech company that provides advanced EdTech. They are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow their software engineering team, focusing on innovative cloud-based solutions and AI implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a growing team of 20+ engineers, with plans to expand.
• Drive the development and technical strategy, focusing on cloud technologies (Azure) and AI solutions.
• Oversee the full software life cycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute project roadmaps.
• Promote best practices, coding standards, and Agile methodologies.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of software development experience, including PHP.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 15+ engineers.
• Strong background in cloud technologies (Azure), CI/CD practices, and AI.
• Expertise in MySQL and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
