More details are below.Role:Engineering ManagerLocation:Central London - hybrid & flexible working offeredSalary:£120,000 - £140,000 + bonusResponsibilities:

• Line-manage a diverse team of Software Engineers.
• Lead Architecture and Solution reviews
• Build and develop the Engineering team as both a hiring manager and mentor, guiding engineers in their career growth.
• Work alongside to the Director of Engineering to develop & implement the technology roadmap

• Although more of a hands-off role, we are looking for individuals who have been Staff/Principal/Lead Engineer previously as you need to manage highly technical Engineers
• 2+ years as an Engineering Manager, with multiple direct reports
• Strong knowledge of AWS, APIs, Microservices, Terraform, and Docker
• Previous coding within Rust or Python would be highly preferable, but any Back-End language also works
