Position Overview

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in the logistics and light industrial sectors. You will develop and execute targeted sales plans, build strong client relationships, and consistently generate and qualify new leads to exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and close new business opportunities, developing and executing targeted sales plans for the market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing customised staffing solutions.
  3. Leverage cold calling, networking, and industry events to consistently generate and qualify new leads.
  4. Deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the platform's value and benefits to clients.
  5. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
  6. Regularly report on pipeline development progress, forecast sales, and provide market insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience selling staffing solutions at a national level, particularly in the logistics and light industrial industries.
  2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals.
  3. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets while earning performance-based incentives.
  4. Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the UK to meet clients (25% - 50% travel).
  5. Entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine, intrinsic passion for sales.
