We are looking for an Enterprise Architect: Solutioning coordination F/M to join our IT team based in Marly (59), France. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and optimistic teammate, ready to take on new challenges!

We are reviewing the approach to architecture at Lyreco, with the following four key elements to implement:

1. Blueprint: Define the best targeted IT landscape to align with the business value proposition.

2. Roles and Responsibilities: Align and clarify the definition of all architecture stakeholders.

3. Design Authority Model: Implement the Lyreco Design Authority model.

4. Architecture Community: Establish the architecture community.

The Enterprise Architecture team is strongly collaborating with domain architects to achieve these goals. At the same time, Lyreco's ambitious projects plan continues, so that it requires to guide project managers and tech leads on the new solutions design.

YOUR MISSIONS:

• Ensure the seamless practice on domain solutioning

• Identify and manage domains dependencies

• Coach Domain architects in technical design creation

• Define topic to present in Enterprise Design authority

• Participate to Enterprise Blue Print definition

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in information System urbanism

• Analytical mindset

• Builder mindset

• Leadership skills

• Strong communication skills

• Fluency in English-verbal and written

• Workshop facilitation (Event Storming, brainstorming, etc.)

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on enterprise architecture.

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology projects and teams.

• Strong experience with cloud computing, microservices architecture, data management, security protocols, and application integration.

• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture

• Expertise in platforms integration (ERP, E-com, CRM, )

• Have a passion for technology and a flexible, creative approach to problem solving.

• Very high energy level, stress resistant with positive open mindset

• Be endowed with human qualities and soft skills like kindness, communication, leadership with a positive open mindset.

• Be considered as continuously learning person

• Experience in data flow management would be appreciated.
