Position: ERP Implementation Engineer

location: Farnborough

Pay Rate: £75.00 p/h inside IR35.

Work Pattern: Hybrid

Role Type: 06 Month contract with Extension

IO Associates seeks an ERP Implementation Engineer for the Farnborough site. Join the next-generation Earth observation and connectivity with the Zephyr High Altitude Platform Station (HAPS). Operating in the stratosphere, Zephyr delivers persistent surveillance, secure communications, and mobile network coverage where traditional infrastructure falls short.

The company has achieved significant milestones, including receiving Design Organization Approval from the UK's Civil Aviation Authority in July 2024, marking a first for a HAPS company in the UK

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Governance - Define scope, schedules, deliverables, and ensure compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration - Work across Finance, R&D, Procurement, and HR to align business needs.
• Supplier & Process Management - Handle RFPs, onboard vendors, and optimize workflows.
• Issue Resolution & Reporting - Analyze impacts, support implementation, and drive consistency.

Skills:

• Qualifications - Accounting/Finance degree or equivalent, ERP (M365, Dassault PLM) expertise.
• Project Management - PRINCE2, Agile PM, or PMP certified, with ERP implementation experience.
• Business & Finance - Strong FP&A, process optimization, and multi-site project management.
• Stakeholder & Leadership - Excellent communication, Agile experience, risk & scope management.
