ERP Program Manager - Freelance

For a client in Limburg active in the infrastructure sector, we are looking for an experienced ERP Program Manager to lead the implementation of a new ERP platform that will support operations across the business.

The client currently uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O for finance but is in the process of selecting an industry-specific ERP solution to cover the supply chainand project-driven aspects of their business.

This role involves managing the ERP selection, overseeing implementation, aligning business and IT teams, and ensuring smooth integration with the existing F&O environment.

Strong experience in ERP transformation programs, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination is required. Knowledge of infrastructure processes or project-based environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the ERP selection, scoping, and implementation phases.
• Define program roadmap, governance, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate stakeholders across IT, finance, and operations.
• Ensure seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Manage third-party vendors, implementation partners, and internal teams.
• Align ERP tooling with business process needs in construction and project execution.
• Ensure data quality, migration accuracy, and user adoption.

Profile:

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Program or Project Manager.
• Proven track record in ERP selection and implementation.
• Experience with hybrid ERP environments (e.g., Microsoft F&O + industry tooling).
• Dutch speaking.
