Estate Manager(Hard FM)

Morgan Hunt currently requires an Estate Manager for NHS based in Middlesex.

Pay Rate: £30ph to £33ph Ltd

Hours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Fri

Location: Middlesex

Duration: 6 months ongoing contract

Suitable candidates must have a full clean driving licence; a vehicle will be provided.

Job Details:

1. The candidate will need to be technically qualified in building services engineering and will carry out building fabric maintenance (Hard FM).
2. The candidate will be responsible for the management of the London Estates Maintenance operational in-house workforce including Building Technician, maintenance operatives, and Minor New Works Team, ensuring individual training needs are analysed, planned, and implemented in line with Trust and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
3. The candidate will act as the responsible person and/or authorised person for services including but not limited to asbestos management.
4. Experienced working in the NHS in operational Estates (Hard FM).
5. Significant experience in the management of Hard FM workforce.
6. Building services engineering experience with strong knowledge of H&S, particularly Asbestos management and fire safety.
