Event Project Coordinator - Marketing & Events - Brussels, Belgium

Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, suppliers, and staffing to ensure seamless project delivery for both corporate and private events.
- Plan and execute a variety of activations including end-of-year parties, festivals, roadshows, weddings, and fairs.
- Manage event planning timelines, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee transport and setup logistics, including route planning and staff coordination.
- Support budget estimation and cost analysis related to event preparation and execution.
- Source and manage new event-related suppliers to expand and optimize the vendor network.
- Assist the Head of Operations with various operational and administrative tasks.
Your Profile
- Trilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Capable of juggling multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a hands-on attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and service-minded with a positive outlook.
