This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Events Coordinator / Officer to join a professional membership body to help deliver a portfolio of smaller events. About Us:
Our team of eight experts delivers up to 30 events a year, from impactful webinars to international conferences. We work closely with branch committees, members, sponsors, and suppliers globally to create engaging events.

Your Role:
You'll support an annual webinar programme and coordinate in-person events, managing all event logistics, from planning to execution.

1. Develop event plans and timelines
2. Manage registration and virtual platforms (CVENT, Zoom)
3. Source suppliers and manage budgets
4. Build strong relationships with sponsors and partners
5. Measure event performance and drive continuous improvement

1. Proven event coordination experience
2. Strong organisational and communication skills
3. Experience with event platforms (CVENT, Zoom)
4. Ability to manage budgets and stakeholder relationships
5. A passion for delivering high-quality events
