The Role

Due to continued business wins and the growth of existing accounts there is now an opportunity for an Events Executive to join their close-knit team. A broad role, responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with the Account Directors and Account Managers from initial brief through to onsite delivery and post production
2. Working across in-person, virtual, broadcast and hybrid events
3. Supporting with event planning including project research, image sourcing & pitch creation
4. Sourcing competitive quotes & negotiating with suppliers
5. Working with internal teams including Creatives, Designers & Producers
6. Working across multiple events / projects at any one time
7. Supporting with the logistical delivery of events including venue and delegate liaison
8. Budget management and cost tracking
9. Supporting with the facilitation of virtual events / onsite event management

The Candidate

The ideal candidate should ideally have experience of working within an event or production agency (although other event backgrounds will be considered) and have a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Candidates must be client facing and have a creative flair but more importantly have the drive and ambition to join this leading creative agency and really make a difference to the events they deliver! Recent graduates with a year's placement will also be considered.
