My client, a leading digital consultancy are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Contract Events Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of B2B events within the finance sector. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, high-quality events that drive business growth, enhance client relationships, and strengthen brand presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute B2B events, conferences, and webinars tailored to the finance industry.
• Develop event strategies, timelines, and budgets while managing all logistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and sponsors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Ensure events meet business objectives, align with brand standards, and drive lead generation and networking opportunities.
• Oversee event marketing efforts, including invitations, promotions, and attendee engagement strategies.
• Manage post-event activities including feedback collection, reporting, and analysing event performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event management, specifically in the B2B or finance space.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A keen understanding of the finance industry and related event trends.
