Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to become part of a well-established hospital. Vets who have completed or are working towards a certificate are encouraged to apply!

This role is particularly well-suited to those with a surgical certificate, as there is a busy and varied caseload available. However, the practice is open to discussing and supporting a range of interests, including internal medicine, consulting, and more. The role is designed to be flexible, allowing you to play to your strengths and develop your passion.

About the Practice, Team, and Location:

This is an RCVS-Accredited Practice offering a range of surgical, diagnostic, and medical services across multiple locations in Kent and East Sussex. The hospital holds Gold ISFM Accreditation and works in partnership with VetsNow to provide 24/7 emergency care, ensuring seamless patient support.

Key facilities include:

  • Advanced surgical suite, including keyhole surgery
  • Laser therapy and acupuncture services
  • In-house laboratory and diagnostic equipment
  • ECG, endoscopy, ultrasound, and radiography
  • A dedicated dental suite with digital X-ray
  • Laparoscopic equipment, video endoscope, and bronchoscope

The team is made up of experienced vets, RVNs, and support staff who work together to provide top-tier patient care. With visiting referral specialists in ophthalmology and feline medicine, the hospital offers an excellent environment for professional growth.
