We are hiring specifically for a French speaker as you will be supporting an extremely senior Partner based in Paris, though your role will be based in London.

As a Senior French speaking Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting a select group of Senior Managing Directors (including one very senior Partner in the Paris office) with best-in-class Executive Assistant support.

Your duties will include:

1. Provide a full and comprehensive EA service to 3 charming and demanding Managing Directors.
2. Expertly coordinate multiple complex and fast-moving global schedules across time zones.
3. Pre-empt clashes, solve scheduling conflicts, and create a smooth-flowing schedule.
4. Create, produce, and design high-quality documents using your skills across the MS Office suite.
5. Support with Business Development & Marketing activities.
6. Support with high-quality events.
