Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to the EMEA C-Suite
Hybrid - Paris (Vélizy) - 3 days in the office
Are you an experienced personal assistant who enjoys working closely with c-level executives to provide administrative support on a one-to-one basis? Do you pride your self on your ability to help multiple senior executives make the best use of their time by dealing with secretarial and administrative tasks as required?
Then this may be for you:
Mostyn Chase have been asked by one of their long-standing payments clients to help them find a Personal / Executive Assistant. You will assist the EMEA CEOs direct reports and local management team by providing comprehensive administrative support. This will included ad hoc tasks such as organising events / approving expenses / preparing PowerPoint presentations and word documents.
Key skills and experiences required:
- Proven senior PA/EA experience
- Previous experience of working in a confidential environment
- Highly computer literate with experience of using all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), Excellent oral and written skills
- Excellent diary management skills, including a good working knowledge of Outlook
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and switch priorities as required by customers and colleagues whilst maintaining accuracy
- Must be a team player, but also can manage own time effectively
- Can identify problems and have the confidence to solve or seek assistance as appropriate
- Project management experience would be beneficial
- Fluency in English and French
Main Objectives & Activities
Effectively manage calendars to utilise time to best effect.
Plan meeting schedules and associated travel and accommodation.
Assist with the production of correspondence, presentation material and staff communications for the C-Suite.
- Project manage local staff events.
- Ensure that appropriate and most cost-effective travel and accommodation arrangements are made for members of C-Suite.
- Support local office with administrative requirements
- Support C-Suite with ad hoc tasks such as maintaining SharePoint, preparing PowerPoint presentations, updating documents
- Help C-suite with expense reports
