Experienced Front of House Staff Needed at Prestigious Private Schools. DBS required - Over 18 only

We are seeking smart, reliable individuals with a great work ethic and at least 6 months' experience in a customer-facing dining/catering role. Confidence and the ability to work independently are key, especially when working in private schools where high standards are expected. You will be responsible for setting up, clearing down, serving food and drinks, and ensuring our guests feel well taken care of throughout their visit.

• Set up and clear down dining areas
• Serve food and drinks with a friendly and professional attitude
• Top up food and drinks on the buffet table
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Collaborate with the team to deliver seamless service

• At least 6 months' experience in a similar role, with confidence to work independently demonstrated on your CV.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Ability to work with a variety of food types, in line with the nature of the role
• Understanding and respect for diverse dietary and religious requirements
• Enhanced DBS check (can be provided if not already held)

Monday to Friday, Term Time

Hours typically range from 07:00 to 22:00, with flexible shifts of 4-6 hours during those hours

This is not an agency position. As part of our team, you will be a direct hire with Constellation, which means you'll be employed by us, not through a third-party agency. You will be working on a variable hours contract, offering you flexibility while providing the stability of direct employment. Your hours may vary depending on the needs of the venues, with the potential to pick up extra shifts when available across our network.
