Job Description
Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting: Experienced Lawyer - IP/IT Your role: You will join a team of highly skilled legal professionals who are experts in their fields. You will quickly have direct involvement in a variety of legal cases under the guidance of senior team members. Your tasks will include: 
- Advise clients on technology, media and telecommunications law on matters related to software, digital business, e-commerce, platform, cybersecurity and cyber-resilience;
- Guide clients through their compliance with the applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations;
- Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements (such as licensing agreements, SaaS contracts, service agreements, etc.);
- Advise on the protection, registration and enforcement of intellectual property rights (particularly within the technology sector);
- Represent clients in litigation and dispute resolution proceedings related to TMT, data protection and IP laws;
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to address complex legal challenges;
- After an initial onboarding period, assist in guiding and training junior lawyers within the team and contribute to knowledge sharing;
- Manage your files with increasing autonomy.
- You hold a university degree (Bac + 5) in law (preferably completed in two countries including France or Belgium);
- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IP law, data protection and new technologies;
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken. German would be considered an important advantage;
- Your intellectual agility and analytical mind combined with your excellent legal knowledge are your strongest assets;
