Experienced Part 2 with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD

Our client is a small, established, design-led studio located in Shoreditch, working on a number of exciting projects and offering hybrid working. As a member of the design team, you will assist with the overall development and implementation of multiple projects under the guidance of the Project Leader and with the support of your team. Candidates will need 4 or 5 years of experience working on UK-based high-end residential projects, and proficiency in ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is required. Architectural Technicians will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Under the guidance of the Project Leader, accurately prepare and develop drawings, models, images, and other documents relating to the project.
2. Develop, as directed, representations of design options for further discussion by the design team.
3. Independently ensure all work is adequately checked by the Project Leader before being issued to senior project team members and external parties.
4. Actively shadow the work of the Associates and Directors to develop the skills to progress to those roles in the future.
5. Contribute to the smooth running of the office.

Qualifications / Skills:

1. Parts 1 and 2 taken in the UK.
2. 4-5 years experience in high-end residential work.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD as essential.
4. An understanding of software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; Twinmotion is a plus.
5. Excellent organisational skills.
6. Excellent client-facing experience.
7. Good drawn, written, and verbal communication and organisation skills.
8. Fluency in German is a plus.
