Here is the role:

This role will contribute to the success of the External Identity practice, primarily by generating revenue and delivering successful, profitable projects either as project lead or as a key member of a project team; and indirectly through input to sales activities, service improvements and new service offerings.

You'll be working with the latest Microsoft technology stack (.Net Core, Blazor, etc.) and platforms (Azure Active Directory, App Services, B2C, B2B) delivering innovative solutions for our clients. You'll be working on discrete projects within teams of 4+ including 2+ developers, typically utilising scrum processes but adapting to the needs of our clients. Typical projects last between 3-12 months and we work in a range of industries - there is never a dull moment.

This is what we need from you:

1. Develop and implement solutions - either as team lead, team member or working alone. (This activity will typically take up at least 80% of your time)
2. Project manage self- deliver on time and budget, manage client expectations.
3. Provide the technical components of sales proposals.
4. Develop new service offerings, tools, techniques, procedures and policies.
5. Knowledge sharing - responding to queries, mentoring, delivering internal workshops.
6. Assist with occasional pre-sales engagements - meetings, presentations, seminars etc.
7. Lead projects with responsibility for project delivery including work of others on project.
8. Work with architect / technical lead to design and define architecture of client solutions.

You're really good at:

1. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
2. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
3. Knowledge of Agile methodologies including scrum.
4. Constantly learning the latest Microsoft and Industry technologies and standards and providing thought leadership.
5. Ability to identify and prioritise training needs.
6. Able to understand and respond to project requirements and deadlines.
7. Able to train and coach junior members of the team.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9. Excellent SQL Server skills and knowledge of other databases.
10. Experience of C# including ASP.Net.

Would be great if you have:

1. Familiarity with modern authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
2. Knowledge of Agile methodologies including scrum.
3. Able to train and coach junior members of the team.
4. Able to understand and respond to project requirements and deadlines.
5. Ability to identify and prioritise training needs.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Comfortable with communicating at any level - board-level downwards.
8. Able to pace meetings and manage agendas. Well presented.
9. Familiarity with Identity Providers such as B2C, Auth0 or Identity Server.
