Family Hub Navigator - Granby Family Hub based in Granby Children's Centre

Salary: £24,790 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Contract: 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026

Would you like to be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing connections within our local community?

If so, you will be the first point of contact for families with children aged 0-19 (to age 25 for children with SEND), providing them with advice and guidance, and signposting them to services in the community and across the city.

You will also be a key part of the reception team, signposting families to services in the community and across the city.

If you would like to meet this challenge and have:

• At least a Level 2 in Early Years, Health and Social Care, Youth Work, or Advice and Guidance or equivalent
• English and Maths GSCS or functional skills equivalent.
• An enhanced DBS will be undertaken and other staff suitability will be undertaken.
