Family Medicine Physician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in Reading, Pennsylvania. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

1. Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to diverse populations
2. Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
3. Perform routine health screenings and preventive care services

5. Utilize EPIC EMR system for efficient and accurate documentation
6. Participate in shared on-call duties (1:5 or 1:6 rotation)

1. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine
2. Valid Pennsylvania Medical License (or ability to obtain)
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
