About the Role:

The firm is seeking a solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), capable of independently managing cases, while also being eager to learn and support senior lawyers with intricate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.

• Provide expert legal advice, ensuring the best interests of clients are consistently represented.

• Undertake legal research, draft documents, and attend court hearings as needed.

• Collaborate with senior team members, contributing to the continued success of the department.

Essential Criteria:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE in family law.

• Proven experience handling a broad range of family law cases, with a focus on exceptional client service.

• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.

• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
