At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for 4 Field Technology Consultants (Precision Ag) to join our fast-paced, energetic organization; one to support each of our 4 regions.

Region 4: Yorkton, Balcarres, Moosomin, Russell

Our Field Technology Consultants deliver exceptional service by providing customers field technology support for products such as weather stations, cameras, precision upgrades and T3RRA products. In one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations, you will deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive and professional working relationships with all departments focused on teamwork and delivering exemplary customer service.
• Sell, service, and support weather stations and cameras.
• Support all precision upgrade sales and needs.
• Support all sales/installs of T3RRA products.
• Strictly adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies.
• Monitor calls/tickets to ExpertConnect, quickly and accurately provide solutions.
• Provide summaries and recommendations on action items and processes for the department.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including extensive travel, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Agronomy knowledge/technical repair background an asset.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to use desktop and internet applications.
