Finance Analyst - Hybrid

A fantastic new Finance Analyst position has become available within a leading global services company in Berkshire. The organisation is seeking a qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) who will oversee all month end accounting activities as well as analysing financial data and providing performance reporting to stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities of the role, include:

• Review and perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce management accounts and variance analysis.
• Oversee the billing cycle, ensuring any queries are followed up and resolved.
• Work with internal managers to assist with forecasting and reporting.
• Analyse large volumes of financial data, identifying key trends and findings.
• Review and assess the integrity of data, suggesting areas of improvement and enhancements to reporting.
• Assist and liaise with external auditors.

Skills and experience required, include:

• Advanced excel skills.
• Experience of analysing and manipulating large data sets.
• Qualified accountant with a professional body such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
• Experience in business partnering and working with the wider business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of month end procedures and management accounting.
