Job Description

An opportunity for a Finance Analyst - CAPEX in the Cost & Capital Team has arisen to join a dynamic creative company based in Central London.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track Capex projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Analyse and evaluate Capex proposals to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, contracts and company policies.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the performance and ROI of completed projects.
  • Provide regular status update reports and presentations to senior management on Capex performance and trends including regular business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in Capex management.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance data accessibility.
  • Develop and maintain cost-performance metrics and dashboards to monitor cost performance and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Participate in benchmarking exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably with a focus on Capex.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Proficiency in using financial systems and data visualisation tools.
  • Ability to synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • An interest in process improvement and driving efficiencies.
