Finance & Operations Manager

Allergies are diagnosed in a highly specific manner so that patients receive help by their specialist in no time. We increase quality of life, enable personalized treatment, advance research and relieve our health system.

• Financial planning and analysis of subsidiaries and branch companies
• Monitoring of ongoing accounting activities (incl. the invoicing of customers)
• Monthly KPI reporting as well as liquidity and cash flow management
• Collaboration with external financial service providers such as tax advisors and banks
• Assistance with daily financial tasks and ad-hoc analysis
• Supporting and collaboration with other departments for financial matters
• Supervision of supply chain logistics
• Optimization of business processes to increase efficiency

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance and/or Accounting
• Min. 3-4 years professional experience, preferably in a Big4 company or in consulting with financial focus
• Sound knowledge of accounting and financial statements
• Excellent command of English and German; additional languages are an advantage
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Analytical and comprehensive thinking, personal initiative, hands-on mentality
