Job Description
Finance Assistant job in central Bath with hybrid working and fantastic benefits Assist Purchase Ledger administrator with processing purchase invoices and credits Reconcile supplier statements Prepare remittances and client statements Support Purchase Ledger Manager with processing sales invoices and credits Assist Purchase Ledger administrator with monthly credit card expenses claims and personal expenses claims Assist Purchase Ledger administrator with raising project purchase orders, project delivery details and delivery schedules Reconciliation of media project commercials Assist with monitoring the Finance and Admin inboxes daily Prepare twice monthly supplier payment runs Third party management administration and credit insurance applications Credit control Assist the business with any adhoc queries
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to work under time pressure and hit deadlines (both throughout the month and month end) Maintain high attention to detail whilst handling multiple tasks Team player, happy to help out with tasks within the team Ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work independently AAT qualification is desirable
